This enterprise class of transportation and logistics execution modules are designed to support multiple channels for order capture - EDI, XML, CSR Order Entry, and Customer Web Order Entry. Working in conjunction with the Transmodal Optimizer, this module presents optimal end-to-end fully rated shipment plans comprised of single and multiple modes.
Once an optimal shipment plan is committed, the execution modules engage for precise execution. These configurable execution modules are designed to automate critical functions and workflows for best practices in complex, time definite, deferred and/or expedited environments. Driven by a dynamic and flexible workflow engine, supporting both general and intricate transportation services and their corresponding activities and milestones, it is the work horse of the system.
The Execution Suite possesses a powerful architecture for continuous tracking and monitoring (“always on”) – constantly analyzing schedules, milestones, and critical events that impact performance and cost, proactively alerting operations and partners of potential delays.
Other core features include workflow management, dynamic messaging (XML, EDI, e-mail, SMS, Text), settlement activities, Document Management, Mobile Solutions and more. The system can be configured for manual processing or highly automated processing (auto-plan, auto-tender, auto-dispatch, auto-alert, auto-notify, auto-doc generation). A single platform for domestic and international transportation and logistics services, supporting inbound and outbound shipments, international workflows along with international units of measure, currency, language, and local data formats.
